MatchPoint Partners built a bespoke social media plan to meet Reliance’s objectives to grow and elevate its social media presence and content. We developed a strategy to target select channel audiences with three defined social media content pillars: brand awareness, education, and thought leadership. As a result, current and prospective customers only find relevant content about the company, product information, informative articles and webinars, and industry-specific insights and application tips. In addition, our team designed custom social media graphics to create cohesive and engaging visual media for their posts and developed networking and user-generated campaigns to grow followers organically. MatchPoint Partners continues to manage the full scope of Reliance’s social media efforts, from content planning and creation to implementation of social media posts and engagement on behalf of the company.
