Proximity Partners requested MatchPoint Partners develop a three-part email marketing campaign for prospective clients actively seeking applicants in their digital marketing and IT departments. First, MatchPoint Partners scripted the emails without graphics and written in a friendly, relational tone to convey a continued conversation approach to the messages. The emails were designed to be helpful, direct, and optimized for reading and responding on mobile platforms. MatchPoint Partners researched and. tested different subject lines and keywords to provide the best deliverability and conversion content. We then built the workflow automation process through the email service provider, creating “if/then” triggers based on the recipient’s response to each email. Lastly, we built list segmentation to deliver the campaign to the target audiences specific to each industry.
