MatchPoint Partners crafted a social media strategy to enhance Prairie Family Business Association's (PFBA) social presence to grow and engage family businesses in their work. PFBA helps family businesses thrive for generations but has struggled with "being the best-kept secret" in the industry. Our strategy defined three social media content pillars to create campaigns and content around brand awareness, education, and social proof to achieve this objective. Through these pillars, we showcase the value PFBA brings to family businesses – current and prospective members - through its programming and the member success because of the association's support. In addition, we refreshed PFBA's social brand style and designed custom graphics to create cohesive and engaging visual media for their posts. MatchPoint Partners manages the full scope of PFBA's social media, from content planning and creation to implementation of social media posts and engagement.
