MatchPoint Partners created a social media strategy that supported Grateful's objectives to grow its business customer base segment and have a consistent social media presence using minimal resources. Our plan targeted a select channel audience with posting across platforms. We defined three social media content pillars to develop campaigns and content around brand awareness, social proof, and inspiring a philanthropic movement. In addition, we refreshed Grateful's social brand style and designed custom graphics to create cohesive and engaging visual media for their posts.
