MatchPoint Partners wrote and designed marketing resource materials for Grateful's customers and client success team to use and reference. We began the cause marketing toolkit project by gathering data through customer interviews to learn what content would best support their use of the SaaS program. We then wrote and designed the sixteen-page document to serve as a comprehensive resource when implementing the software at their company. We also created it so any section or page of specific information could stand alone if the client success team needed to provide targeted information. MatchPoint Partners also built social media graphics for software subscribers, interviewed and profiled customer testimonials, and developed a quick start checklist for fast implementation for new subscribers. MatchPoint Partners crafted each content marketing resource to be valuable and relevant for Grateful's wide variety of customer industries and software use cases.
